Customers must obtain a return authorisation number from Mustela UAE Customer Service before sending any product back.

The return authorisation number must be included with the returned package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Product reactions, damaged products and other product-related concerns will be reviewed individually by our Customer Service team.
Products returned without prior approval from Mustela UAE Customer Service may not be accepted.
