Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery after approval from Customer Service. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Stop using the product and consult a doctor if needed. Then contact support@mustelauae.com with the product name, batch number and photos so we can review the case.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days after the return is approved. Bank processing times may vary.

Yes. Products are supplied through Laboratoires Expanscience or its authorised channels.
